Newsletters
Maintaining your customers informed about your products is key to establish a good relationship with them. One of the best tools to do so are newsletters.
Through Newsletters, I've been able to help the hotel to generate revenue of over CHF 15'000 per mailing. The key to making a newsletter is not only the design and the texting but also the right targeting. I usually work with P&R professionals that prepare specific texts that are nice to read and focus on the topics that we want to promote.
I can manage lists, synchronize them with Salesforce and create segments in order to reach the intended audience.
Knowing HTML and CSS enables me to be more flexible in terms of design.
